While they haven't found the genetic component yet that causes autism, your fiance's siblings may have Fragile X syndrome, which is a genetic disorder they can track, that can cause autism. Other than that, its hard to say where they haven't found the "gene" that causes autism yet... they say it is genetic, and with that many siblings with autism, I'm assuming your chances would be higher than normal, but its really anybody's guess.....
