Of course, the coach ignores the best player ever! he wants to lose games!

In reality, if Jason had the qualities to make the team, he wouldn’t be the manager- read Jason’s book and learn the truth about this young man before you slam the people who helped him be who he is today.

You’re missing the point; the coach DID finally accept him! Don’t make it a negative

People with Autism often have a hidden talent..it’s up to us to help them discover it!…well done Jason!!

dont be a douche. he probably didnt know that he was good, other wise he would be on the team.

this is just a guess, because i doubt a coach would keep a good player off the team because of being autistic

20 galynn 08.16.09 at 7:23 am

Why did the coach waited until the last gameto suit him up & send him in the game? He should’ve been on the team all along. Autism doesn’t get in the way of talents. It makes those talents even more pronounced. I hope Coach realizes he missed having a great basketball player on his team ALL season. Coach didn’t learn, because the team went onto playoffs, with Jason carrying water again. When the world accepts people with autism in each game, we will have made progress toward neurodiversity.

wow made me cry

It should show us all what amazing power we have within us if we just go with it. Thank you for the lesson Jason. Stay focused.

Made me cry too, wow! Well done Jason, I will show my autistic son later that being asd doesn’t mean you can’t make your dreams come true.

Wow. This kid is an inspiration. Not only him but the coach, the team, and the school. Tearing up just watching this. Amazing.
